Let’s work together one-on-one to resolve your health concerns and bring that one foot still stuck in resistance up to meet the one ready for action.

The Plan- During our first of six sessions, we’ll more fully discuss your goals, and perhaps redefine them as your situation or priorities change. I’ll create a customized plan based on your needs, readiness for change, and goals. It may include: a pantry make-over, a personalized grocery shopping trip, meal prep plans, relationships with your medical providers, and discuss what you put into your mind, on your body and in your body.

Implementation- I’ll ask thought-provoking questions to get to the root of your nutritional and overall health needs. Together, we’ll create an eco-conscious wellness plan that supports your bio-individuality. And remember, food is just one (important) part of whole-body nourishment.

I’m here as a resource every step of the way. This is a judgement-free zone where I guide you to making realistic changes by exploring where you’ve been, where you are and where you want to go.

The goal is eating more real foods and finding movement you enjoy- to create habits for a lifetime of health. If a diet is restrictive, it’s not sustainable.

Just as personal training teaches you what to do in the gym, think of this as “Wellness Training,” providing you with sustainable shifts for a healthy lifestyle. Available to meet in person within the Conejo Valley area, or online.
